BASICSchool is a music and performing arts educational project and an organizational unit of the ASSOCIATION "INSTITUTE FOR INNOVATIVE ARTS."

 

The organizational model concept and all content on this website, including texts, photos, documents, and other materials, are protected in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

Below are key segments of copyright protection that apply to various parts of the website and the operations of BASICSchool.

​1. Property and Moral Copyrights of the BASICSchool Brand

All moral copyrights of the BASICSchool brand as a whole belong to the authors responsible for its originality and the form in which it is expressed. The ASSOCIATION "INSTITUTE FOR INNOVATIVE ARTS" acts as the holder of property copyrights, which means it implements the content in accordance with the Law and the Institute's Statute, permitting or prohibiting its use. Moral copyrights allow the authors to decide when, how, and in what form the brand will operate, including the protection of the integrity of all works resulting from BASICSchool's activities.

2. Brand Protection of BASICSchool

All departments, sections, courses, and other modules, as well as the visual identity and overall concept and structure of the brand, represent original intellectual creations of BASICSchool. These elements cannot be used, modified, or applied for any purpose without explicit permission.

 

Any attempt at plagiarism or copying the BASICSchool brand is considered a serious violation of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.

3. Protection of BASICSchool's Operational Model

The operational mode of the brand, including working methods, teaching approaches, evaluation methods, organizational structures, and business rules, are also protected. BASICSchool retains the exclusive right to decide on any application, modification, or sharing of these methods.

 

All aspects of BASICSchool's operational model, including key business processes, employee roles, technology, internal processes, and strategies for achieving efficiency and quality in work, cannot be used or adapted without prior written approval from BASICSchool .

4. BASICSchool's Rights to Produced Content

All content produced or created as a result of work within BASICSchool, especially musical and performing arts and audiovisual works, is subject to the brand's copyrights. BASICSchool retains the exclusive right to manage their usage, distribution, and public presentation, ensuring the integrity of the works is preserved.

 

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these contents without prior consent from BASICSchool is considered a serious violation of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.

5. Use of Content from the Website

BASICSchool reserves all rights to the content on this website. This includes syllabi, educational materials, all content from the eSystem, photos, texts, and other website content. No part of the content from the website, unless otherwise stated, may be appropriated, copied, or adapted without prior permission from BASICSchool.

6. Limited Free Use of Content

The Law allows certain content to be used without prior permission from BASICSchool but solely for the purpose of informing the public about the school's activities and ongoing events. This primarily includes free use in the media as long as the taken content is not commercially exploited.

7. Public Performance/Display of Content

Public performance/display of copyrighted songs and other audiovisual works is allowed only in the form of direct teaching during school lessons or school events that are free to the public. In these situations, BASICSchool must be notified in advance, and during the performance/display, the authorship of the works must be clearly highlighted, respecting the moral rights of the authors.

8. Copyright Infringement

In case of any copyright infringement, BASICSchool reserves the right to file appropriate legal claims and demand compensation for damages.

 

Any violation of copyright may lead to legal sanctions in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

9. Permission Requests

BASICSchool reserves the right to approve or deny the use of the content.
