The eighth edition of this traditional show premiered on December 31, 2022, at 6:05 PM on BHT1, kicking off the network’s New Year’s Eve programming.

This year’s show was particularly special as it celebrated the tenth anniversary of BASICSchool. Through music, dance, acting, games, and fun, young viewers and their parents enjoyed an unforgettable program honoring creativity, togetherness, and the talent of children.

The entire show was performed by children—from the hosts to the participants in the entertainment segments—based on an original script and with the assistance of a team of experts who worked with the children during the preparation and production of the show. Every segment radiated festive joy, showcasing the richness of children’s creativity and effort.

BASICSchool, which continues to inspire and encourage young people to develop their talents and love for the arts, once again demonstrated its mission through NEW YEAR'S BASICS SHOW 2K23. This show embodied teamwork, learning, and the celebration of everything children can achieve when given the opportunity to shine.
